Overview

Lean focuses on eliminating waste and building process capability.

The AuSQ Lean Practitioner training is designed to provide a thorough knowledge base in the Lean methodology. The program provides business & operations leaders with complementary skills needed to effectively implement Lean in the organisation.

A Lean Practitioner is a professional who understands the Lean philosophy and is able to apply the Lean tools in practice. A Lean practitioner is able to improve process velocity by reducing wastes using the relevant tools.

The program includes practical training on the structure of and tools used in Lean projects. Through a combination of classroom training, practical exercises, and shared experiences, participants will become familiar with how to utilise the Lean tools to increase productivity, increase process yield & drive business growth.

Certification

Certified Lean Six Sigma Practitioner– Lean Practitioner certification will be issued to the program participants who have successfully:
