The AuSQ Green Belt training is designed to provide a thorough knowledge base in Six Sigma, Lean and Change Management principles. The program provides business & operations leaders with complementary skills needed to effectively implement projects and manage the risks associated with change.

The program includes practical training on the structure of and tools used in Lean Six Sigma projects. Using the DMAIC process, delegates 'walk through' the project process. Through a combination of classroom training, practical exercises, and shared experiences, participants will become familiar with the steps in Lean Six Sigma DMAIC projects.

During the program each participants will be required to use statistical software. We offer either MINITAB™ and SigmaXL™ statistical software in our training. No prior knowledge of MINITAB™ and SigmaXL™  is needed. A full practical introduction is included at the start of the program. Participants will need to bring a laptop computer.
